When will you refund my returned item(s)?

You will receive a confirmation of your refund via email. The money should appear in your bank account within 3-5 working days from the day we issued your refund. Refunds will only be made to the original payment method.

Please note that returns once received at our warehouse, it can take up to 14 days to process them.
