When will you refund/exchange my returned item(s)?

For refunds - You will receive a confirmation of your refund via email. The money should appear in your bank account within 3-5 working days from the day we issued your refund. Refunds will only be made to the original payment method.

For exchanges - You will be notified via email about the progress of your exchange.

Please note that returns once received at our warehouse, it can take up to 14 days to process them.

If this has gone past the estimated time frame, please contact our customer service team and they will be happy to look into this for you.
