Order updates

The festive period has caused a temporary increase in order volumes.
Orders placed from 24/12/25 will take a little longer to dispatch than usual, but our team is working hard to get everything sent out as quickly as possible.

Standard Delivery 5-7 days - £4.99 or FREE on orders over £60 to UK Mainland for a limited time. 

Express Delivery 1-2 days - £6.99 - Please note, we don't offer this delivery to Northern Ireland.

How long does delivery take?

For orders placed before 2pm Mon-Fri, we endeavour to get your delivery on its way to you the same day whenever possible.  We will keep you up to date with the progress of your order at every stage via email. 

Typically we recommend allowing around 5 working days to receive your order, however, if you haven’t received your order within 10 days then please get in contact with us to let us know.

Please note that the £60 qualifying spend for free delivery applies to merchandise sales only and doesn’t include the value of gift card purchases

Christmas delivery information

Our last date for guaranteed Christmas delivery is 19th December. Our warehouse is closed from 24/12/2025 2pm until 02/01/2025. Express delivery will not be available within this timeframe.
