Returns and Cancellations
We hope you are pleased with your order, but if for any reason you need to send something back to us we are pleased to offer a 14 day returns period
Returning an item to us is super simple:
- Fill out the Returns Form
- Package up your items and include your Returns Form
- Pop them in the post back to us
- We receive your item and take care of the rest
Please make sure your return is well packaged and meets all of the conditions outlined in our Returns Guidelines and Terms
RETURNS GUIDELINES AND TERMS
Please send us your return in an unworn, unwashed and saleable condition (in original packaging with all tags and labels still attached)
Please note that for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns of Swimwear and underwear
For us to be able to process your refund please make sure you include your Returns Form in the package - no form may mean we are unable to process your refund
If you cannot locate your Returns Form please get in touch with us and we will be more than happy to provide you with one
Please include the original despatch form as this will help us process your refund quicker
We recommend obtaining tracking information for your return so you can confirm that it has been delivered to us

We aim to process your return quickly once we receive it but please allow up to 14 working days during busy periods from the date that our warehouse receives your return for it to be processed
Once processed please allow 3-5 working days for the banks to process your refund, which will be made back to the card used to purchase the items
Please do not send back multiple orders in the same return as our warehouse is unable to process multiple orders within the same return
We can only accept returns from orders made at nicceclothing.com and not from any of our retail partners. Should you wish to return an item purchased from one of our retail partners please refer to their specific returns processes
Our systems do not allow us to process exchanges so we recommend returning your items and making a separate order for any replacement items you may require
Damaged Items
We work hard with our delivery partners to get your NICCE order to you in the best possible condition. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged package please report this to us and share with us photographs of the damage so that we can provide the best level of support to you
