Returns and Cancellations

You can exchange or return any purchase within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in the same condition you received them in, with the original packaging and hangtags still attached.

 

To return your order, you need to send an email to customercare@nicceclothing.com stating the reason for return.

 

UK returns

All UK returns are free using returns label we email to you - please print and attach on the box.

We’ll process your exchange or return as soon as we receive it. If you’ve requested a refund, funds should be back in your account within 4-5 working days.

 

International returns

For international returns you’ll need to pay for return postage, however we'll ship exchange items to you free of charge. Please send your return via a trackable method, marking your package clearly as ‘Returned Goods’ to avoid delays at Customs. Obtain a valid proof of postage and hold onto it until you receive your refund or exchange.
