Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on delivery fees. Shipping charges cover the cost of getting your order safely to you, and these cannot be reversed once the order has been dispatched.

If you are a customer and received a faulty/damaged item you will not be expected to pay delivery fees however we need photographic evidence of the fault, please set up a return request in our returns portal and we can look into this further.
