If you parcel has not yet left our warehouse we are more than happy to look into making amends for you but we cannot guarantee any changes can be made. Therefore, we would recommend contacting our customer service team as soon as possible so this can be actioned for you.

Once your order is in the picking or packing stage, we’re unable to cancel it. Similarly, we cannot make any changes once the parcel has left our warehouse. We kindly ask all customers to communicate respectfully, as abusive or offensive language will not be tolerated.
