Please note we only accept returns from nicceclothing.com

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in saleable condition (in their original packaging with all tags and labels still attached)

Refund policy 

• You can return your order for a refund within 14 days of receipt of goods.  
• Please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to process.  
• Refunds can only be made to the card used to purchase the items.

If your parcel is damaged, you must report this to us within 48hrs and supply a photograph of the damage. 

Exchange policy 

• We currently do not offer exchanges. Please return your order for a refund and re-order the correct size/product.

UK FREE Returns

Please fill out the returns form and follow this link https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/5815 to access your pre-paid label. Print it off and attach to the parcel.

Don't worry if you don't have a printer at home. After creating your returns label via the link above, you should receive an email with your QR code (note this is not the PDF file).

  • Simply show the QR code on your mobile phone at a Post Office branch (https://www.royalmail.com/branch-finder

  • Check before you go that it offers label printing - look for ‘Label printing service is available' in the facilities section

  • They will scan the QR code and print a label for you

  • Drop off your item and they will provide you with proof of posting

We strongly advise you retain the proof of postage receipt as we do not take responsibility for any returns that go missing in transit. 

Alternatively, you can also arrange a collection from your home, workplace or from a safe place through our UK Returns Portal, link above. This service is also free of charge.

International Returns

How to return:

If you ordered to a country outside the UK, please visit our International Returns Portal.* Please note that we do not offer exchanges. Please return your order for a refund and re-order the correct size/product.

To return your order please clearly mark “RETURNED ITEMS” on the package to prevent any potential customs charges. 

We strongly advise you retain the proof of postage receipt as we do not take responsibility for any returns that go missing in transit. 

Please make sure to fill out your returns form generated from the International Returns Portal.

*We currently do not offer free returns service for international orders.
