Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in saleable condition (in their original packaging with all tags and labels still attached)

Refund policy 

 You can return your order for a refund within 14 days of receipt of goods.  
 Please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to process.  
 Refunds can only be made to the card used to purchase the items.

If your parcel is damaged, you must report this to us within 48hrs and supply a photograph of the damage. 

Exchange policy 

 You can return your order for an exchange subject to stock availability within 28 days of receipt of goods.
• Please allow up to 14 working days for an exchange to process.
• Exchanges only apply for items of the same price. 

UK FREE Returns

Follow these three simple steps for returning your order in the UK:

1. Fill out our returns form that was included with your order and place it back into the parcel.
2. Peel off a prepaid Royal Mail label which you can find on the back of the returns form and attach to the parcel.
3. Now it’s ready to ship.

Alternatively, fill out the returns form and follow this link to access your prepaid label. Print it the label and attach to the parcel.

Don't worry if you don't have a printer at home. After creating your returns label via the link above, you should receive an email with your QR code (note this is not the PDF file).

  • Simply show the QR code on your mobile phone at a Post Office branch (

  • Check before you go that it offers label printing - look for ‘Label printing service is available’ in the facilities section

  • They will scan the QR code and print a label for you

  • Drop off your item and they will provide you with proof of posting

We strongly advise you retain the proof of postage receipt as we do not take responsibility for any returns that go missing in transit. 

International Returns

How to return:

If you ordered to a country outside the UK, please visit our International Returns Portal. If you have any questions, please contact customer service if you have any queries. 

Please clearly mark “RETURNED ITEMS” on the package to prevent any potential customs charges. Fill out our returns form that was included with the order and clearly state the reason for your return. 

We strongly advise you retain the proof of postage receipt as we do not take responsibility for any returns that go missing in transit. 

Please make sure to fill out your NICCE returns form and send it along with your Global E form generated from the International Returns Portal.
