Mental Health Awareness Week May 2022 theme explored loneliness and opened the room to many people sharing their experiences across work and social environments.
Nicce hosted a panel talk led by Foundation FM’s Vanessa Maria to shine a light on loneliness within the creative field. We were honoured to be joined by panellists and contributors, Janvier Wete Co-Founder of the short film platform Minute Shorts, Jordss DJ and founder of Girls Can’t DJ and Franklin Boateng, Co-Founder of Green Machine and best known as The King of Trainers.
The evening unified the Nicce community, exploring the art of networking, highlighting how to turn failures into actionable lessons and spotlighting loneliness and how to combat within the creative industry.
It was a pleasure bringing groups and communities from different backgrounds together, and seeing new friendships and networks build.
