COVID 19 Business Update
Please be aware - we are experiencing delays in some countries due to Covid 19. More information will be available at checkout.
All EU delivers are likely to experience a delay unless the order is delivered via is DHL Express.
Though we can’t give exact estimates, please expect a minimum of 3-5 days for non-express orders.
Changes to our delivery
We are still offering our standard, next day and Saturday delivery options but please be mindful that delivery providers like Royal Mail are experiencing staff limitations and larger amounts of deliveries themselves.
Changes to our returns
To guarantee our employees safety at work, social-distancing, stricter hygiene measures and a changing rota have been implemented in our warehouse. Therefore, please allow for delays in the delivery and processing of your returns to our warehouse. Your refund may also experience minor delays with shorter bank opening hours.
Your NICCE refund may take up to two weeks to show depending on your bank but it is usually a lot sooner.
Changes to our customer care
As we've now closed our offices and allowed staff to work from home, we will no longer be able to take your calls but you can still reach NICCE customer care via our social media channels or through our email: customercare@nicceclothing.com
We aim to get back to you as soon as we can.
Our customer service opening hours are 9 am - 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
