Digital Marketing Manager

 Main Responsibilities: 

  • Create, analyse and optimize B2C marketing channels to continually produce new customers within target CPA/ROAS ranges. Effectively test with bids, placements, audiences, creative and campaign types to scale campaigns efficiently. 
  • Manage SEM and display advertising campaigns, managing spend and performance across AdWords, Bing, and other search platforms. Manage external vendors and execute campaigns internally, as needed. 
  • Manage paid social media acquisition campaigns, spanning Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, Twitter and other social networks. 
  • Identify how to scale standard and emerging channels to effectively meet company growth forecasts, while uncovering new channels to add to our overall marketing mix. 
  • Collaborate with Marketing teams to set strategy for customer acquisition, guide resource investment and plan/iterate ongoing activities. 
  • Work with internal creative, marketing and product team members to structure conversion-focused tests, capture learnings and place campaigns in position to succeed. 
  • Manage channel-specific product feeds to promote core and seasonal merchandising campaigns. 
  • Analyse campaign performance and drive marketing reporting by developing key metrics and internal reports. Conduct data analysis to drive key insights that can inform marketing strategy and guide future campaigns. 
  • Build, cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key acquisition partners such as Facebook and Google. 
  • Be the internal knowledge base for paid marketing trends, spanning search, social, offline, mobile, video, etc. Research and document activity from peer brands as well as competitors. 
  • Anything else that can pop up at a moment’s notice and require immediate focus and execution. 
  • Proven expertise in Excel and Google Analytics. 
  • Outstanding written, presentation and verbal communications skills with proven ability to make numbers tell a story and drive strategic decision-making. 
  • Previous experience managing client accounts, external marketing vendors and/or in-house teams. 
  • Outstanding reporting capabilities: ability to demonstrate business success via written reports, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint decks and other formats. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

                                  • 3-5 years of paid consumer marketing experience running multi-channel online acquisition campaigns with a focus on driving down CPA and/or conversion rate optimization. 
                                  • Demonstrated experience in search engine marketing (SEM) and/or paid social media marketing. 
                                  • Understanding of the full marketing funnel and interplay between channels. 
                                  • BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or another business-focused discipline. 
                                  • Proven expertise in Excel and Google Analytics. 
                                  • Outstanding written, presentation and verbal communications skills with proven ability to make numbers tell a story and drive strategic decision-making.
