Digital Marketing Manager

Founded in 2013 in East London, NICCE has quickly established itself as a leading casual streetwear brand and are currently looking to further expand its E-Commerce division.

 

As Digital Marketing Manager, you will be supporting the Head of E-Commerce in all digital marketing activates. You will take a day to day ownership of all digital channels and the associated 3rd party agencies.

 

Job Description:

 

  • Champion performance marketing within NICCE
  • Full ownership of digital channel KPI’s
  • Provide strategic and tactical leadership for marketing with an emphasis on driving sales
  • Work with e-commerce manager on maximising sales via trade
  • Plan, develop and implement an effective marketing strategy across all digital channels
  • Day to day ownership of PPC / Paid Social management via a 3rd party agency
  • Work closely with the marketing team to build a closely linked ongoing organic and paid social marketing campaigns
  • Oversee all copywriting for paid media output
  • Evaluate and review marketing campaigns, advertising and SEO
  • Ownership of weekly email build and CRM fulfilment
  • Regularly analyse and report market conditions and areas of opportunity
  • Ownership of weekly / monthly / yearly digital report maintenance
  • Management of the affiliate network and seasonally appropriate offers and trade
  • Work with the creative team to build out channel appropriate media

 

Key Skills:

 

  • Advanced level of experience of working with Excel and Word
  • Broad experience across the full marketing mix – online and offline
  • Proven track record of data-driven digital growth across PPC / Affiliates / Paid Social
  • Demonstrate an ability to develop successful strategies across multiple platforms
  • Strong communication skills across various departments and functions and at varying seniority levels from assistant to CEO
  • Proven track record of developing and executing strategies while ensuring all key stakeholders are updated and part of the process
  • Have both a strong creative flair with an acute commercial and analytical acumen with exceptional ability to inspire and get the best out of others
  • Having experience with SEO would be a benefit
